There are amazing apartment communities out there that are quietly doing selfless things for their residents, neighbors, and communities. We know that you’re probably not one to brag, so please allow us to do it for you. We’d like to recognize the apartment communities out there that are selflessly doing for others, and provide them a platform for sowing the seeds of positive change and sharing goodwill.

Apartment Managers and Leasing Agents, we want to hear how you and your team have given back to or been of assistance to your communities, neighbors, and tenants during these unique and challenging times. It could be a food drive, an anonymous donation, sourcing or making masks, rent relief efforts, community events – anything and everything focused on putting others before yourselves. Post a picture on the social media platform of your choice, tag IOTAS and tell us in the caption what you’ve been doing to help out during this period of unprecedented need.

We will select 3 winning entries and make a donation in the winners’ names to the 501(c) housing charities of their choice. A list of approved charities can be found here. 1st place winner(s) will also receive breakfast for them and their team, courtesy of IOTAS, up to $200 USD. You’ve done so much for others, now allow us to help and do something for you.
